• Profile information: We collect your LINE User ID and Display Name to identify you and provide personalized experiences.
• Chat history: We temporarily store recent chat history to provide contextual translations. This is necessary for the AI to understand the flow of conversation.
• Usage data: We track the number of translations requested to enforce plan quotas and limits.

2. How we use your information

We use your data solely to operate, maintain, and provide the PlumiBot translation service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Chat histories are processed to generate accurate translations and are not used to train external foundational AI models.

3. Third-party services

We utilize the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

• LINE: For messaging integration and user authentication.
• Google Gemini: Our engine for processing and translating text.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum — there is no ad tracking, and nothing optional is set until you switch it on. Beyond the ones that keep you signed in, there are two categories you control: preferences (your language and light/dark choice) and analytics (a coarse visit count). You can change either at any time, and refusing takes exactly as many taps as accepting.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain transaction and usage data as necessary for billing and operational purposes. Chat histories are kept briefly for context and overwritten over time. If you wish to have your data completely deleted, you can request account deletion via the dashboard or by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
